Design Consultation
Start your journey by booking a custom design appointment with our Land Rover Experts. We will help you design your perfect car, whether it be a beach runner or a daily driver.
Order Confirmation
Once happy with your base configuration, sign a digital contract to confirm your build slot. You gain access to our online tracking system to monitor weekly progress and photos.
Custom Samples
We send you a set of Shoreline Defender custom samples to choose your final build color and upholstery. This is your first chance to physically feel the quality of your future vehicle.
Donor Car & Chassis
We source a genuine donor car and begin disassembly. The chassis is brought up to modern condition, strengthened, and repainted, forming the perfect foundation for your build.
Confirm Build Spec
With the car stripped to basic parts and ready for paint, we give you one final option to review and confirm your specifications before we order the final bespoke components.
Drivetrain & Body
We fit refurbished differentials, new axles, upgraded brakes, and a fully rebuilt engine. The body is painted to Range Rover standards, soundproofed, and fitted with new electricals.
Interior Refit
Your custom interior comes to life. Leather-wrapped dashboards, teak flooring, new gauges, and modern comforts like air conditioning and premium sound systems are installed.
Final Fit & Testing
Billet aluminum exterior components are added. The vehicle undergoes a 24-hour inspection and a 500-mile road test to ensure every component meets our rigorous standards.
Delivery & Handover
Your car is vacuum wrapped and shipped. Upon arrival, it is detailed, re-checked for 50 miles, and presented to you with our white-glove handover service. Your adventure begins.
